On the Use of Reviews, Testimonials & Endorsements
At WarriorPlus, we value genuine feedback on products and services. Honest reviews are essential for helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Therefore, any attempts to manipulate reviews or incentivize specific outcomes—such as false, misleading, or inauthentic content, incentivized reviews (e.g., “leave a positive review to receive a refund”), or offering free products in exchange for positive reviews—are strictly prohibited.
This policy also applies to vendors leaving reviews for their own offers, including those left by JV partners or connected accounts.
We are committed to upholding the integrity of our reviews on the WarriorPlus platform. If we find that a user has engaged in any form of review manipulation, we may take immediate action. This can include suspending, restricting, or terminating account privileges, removing manipulated reviews, and delisting related products. Furthermore, payments may be withheld or forfeited if an account is found to be involved in review manipulation.
Review manipulation may also violate state and federal laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, potentially resulting in legal action, civil liabilities, or criminal penalties. WarriorPlus may pursue legal action against sellers who attempt to purchase fraudulent reviews, as well as those who create and post them. We encourage anyone who suspects review manipulation or violations of our guidelines to report it to us. We will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action as needed.
