Do you want to connect your Zapier account with WarriorPlus? You've come to the right place. In this article, we'll explain everything you need to know to integrate your Zapier account with WarriorPlus. We've made the process super simple. Let's get started!
How do I integrate Zapier with WarriorPlus?
Once you've logged into your WarriorPlus account, navigate to your username in the top right corner and select it. Then, click on the 'My Account' button. You will be directed to our Account page, which you can also view directly by clicking here.
On your 'Account' page, navigate to the 'Vendor/Affiliate' section and select the option labeled 'Integrations', as shown below. Alternatively, if you wish to visit the 'Service Integration' page, please click here.
Once selected, you will be directed to your ‘Service Integrations’ page. Please navigate to the top right of your screen and locate the green button labeled ‘New Service’. Then select ‘Zapier’ as shown below:
After selecting the option labeled ‘Zapier’, you will be directed to your ‘Zapier Account’ page as shown below:
Before creating a Zap, please note the following:
You will need to name your WarriorPlus account, save the auto-generated API key and click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of your screen. Finally, if you re-authorize the credential, the API key will change and your existing Zaps will cease to function. Do not re-authorize the account unless you intend to invalidate all existing Zaps.
WarriorPlus Triggers
The WarriorPlus app functions as a triggered app, performing actions based on one of two available triggers. A trigger is a defined action that initiates a response.
For example, a new affiliate request could activate various functions through Zapier apps like Trello or Dropbox, or even a combination. You could automate the sharing of information across different applications you use, such as Evernote or Trello. This way, you can link multiple apps to create automated workflows. At WarriorPlus we offer you two triggers:
New Affiliate Request
New Sale
New Affiliate Request
Triggers can be set within WarriorPlus for a 'new affiliate request' on one of your offers. This allows you to connect your email service and enable affiliates to subscribe for updates about the offer. To do this, you must select your Zapier integration in the Offer Editor.
Navigate to the 'My Offers' page and select the Offer for which you wish to add a trigger. You can visit the 'My Offers' page by clicking here. Once on the page, please click on the gray 'Settings' button, as shown below:
Under the 'General' tab, locate the 'Affiliate Program' section and activate it as shown below:
Next, click the green button labeled 'New Connection', and a modal will appear. From the service dropdown, select the 'Zapier' option.
You're all set! WarriorPlus will notify Zapier every time your offer receives a 'New Affiliate Request'. Next, we will explore the 'New Sale' trigger.
New Sale
The second trigger we offer allows you to subscribe buyers to multiple emails or webinar services automatically. To set this up, you must select your Zapier integration in the 'Product Editor' page.
Navigate to the 'My Products' page and select the product for which you wish to add a trigger. You can access the 'My Products' page by clicking here. Once there, select the product you wish to edit.
On the 'Edit Product' page, under the 'Affiliate' tab, locate the 'Integrations & Tracking' section. Click the green 'New Connection' button. A modal will appear and in it, select 'Zapier' from the service dropdown menu as shown below:
Simple is as simple does! WarriorPlus will notify Zapier every time your product makes a 'New Sale'. Next, we will explore the 'Prelaunch Lead' trigger.

You will need to log into your 'Zapier' account. WarriorPlus is available as a Trigger on Zapier. To create a Zap, select ‘WarriorPlus’ as shown below:
There are two triggers available to select and you can create multiple Zaps as needed.
On the 'Choose Account' page, click the ‘Connect an Account’ button and enter the API key from the Service Integration page, as shown below:
Select optional filters on the Set Up Options page:
For example, if you want a specific button tracking code (SID) to trigger this Zap, select an SID from the dropdown menu. The dropdowns are generated based on your latest data. If you haven’t made any sales, for instance, you won’t see options in the dropdowns when creating a Zap for a Sale trigger. If the desired values aren’t available, you can choose the ‘Use a Custom Value (advanced)’ option and enter the value manually. For more info, visit: Using Custom Values.
Please Note: If you add a filter for a product or an offer, ensure that the Zapier integration is activated for those specific items in WarriorPlus. WarriorPlus only sends data to Zapier if the integration is configured at the product or offer level.
