Deactivating your WarriorPlus Account

How Do I Deactivate My WarriorPlus Account?

Welcome to WarriorPlus.

WarriorPlus understands that there may come a time when you no longer wish to keep your WarriorPlus account open for a variety of reasons. While we will miss you, you can find the procedure for deactivating your account here.

Things to Keep in Mind

Please be aware of the following points if you are considering deactivating your WarriorPlus account:

  • There is no charge for having a WarriorPlus account.

  • Closing your account will not result in any refunds (you will need to contact the product vendors directly for that) and will not cancel any subscriptions (you will need to cancel subscriptions directly through your purchase history page).

  • You are welcome to keep your account, free of charge, with no obligations to take any action or make purchases.

  • In compliance with international privacy laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and others), some information cannot be deleted from our system. However, you can rest assured that this information is never shared, and no one will have access to it except as required within the scope of these laws.

  • Wallet funds are not automatically released upon account deletion. To withdraw funds, you must have made sales to at least 5 unique customers. If this requirement isn't met, the funds can only be released 180 days after your last sale. Once eligible, withdrawals can be made at any time.

Canceling Existing Subscriptions

If/when this process is completed, you will not be able to log back into your WarriorPlus account, so please ensure that you cancel any active subscriptions.

To cancel subscriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your WarriorPlus account.

  2. Navigate to your Purchase History (direct link: click here).

  3. Select the product with the active subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Open the Subscription Details and confirm the cancellation.

Alternatively, click on your username in the upper-right corner of the WarriorPlus Dashboard, select "My Purchases," then navigate to the product you wish to cancel. Click on the product and then on the subscription details to cancel.It is important to verify that all subscriptions are canceled before deactivating your account. This ensures no future charges will occur.

I Still Want to Deactivate My Account

If you still wish to deactivate your account and have canceled any subscriptions you no longer wish to continue, we can help. Please open a ticket with the WarriorPlus support desk and let us know. Once we verify that you have canceled any subscriptions you wish to discontinue and that you still want to deactivate your account, our team will look into this for you.
