How do I edit my account?
Once you've logged into your WarriorPlus account, navigate to your username in the top right corner and select it. Then, click on the 'My Account' button. You will be directed to our Account page, which you can also view directly by clicking here.
Our 'Account' page is divided into two sections: one for Accounts and the other for Vendors and Affiliates. Navigate to the Account section and select any of the first three options to edit your account.
How do I edit my profile:
On the 'Edit Profile' page, we strongly recommend that you take the time to complete every field and link your social media accounts, as this will greatly improve your chances of success. Please note that changing any of the following fields requires authorization from a team member:
Username
Full Name
Company Name
These fields are restricted to ensure security and prevent misuse. Changes to these details require proper authorization to maintain accountability and compliance with WarriorPlus policies.
To request authorization from a team member, you can select the 'Request' button next to the field you wish to change (a modal will appear that you must fill out).
Please note, we will consider requests to change WarriorPlus account usernames on a case-by-case basis.
How do I change my password:
Super easy! Once you reach the 'Account' page, simply select the 'Change Password' button, and we will send you an auto-generated email. Upon receiving the email, click the link labeled 'Click Here To Reset Password' and follow the instructions.
How do I manage my contact details:
We have simplified this process for you. On the 'Account' page, select Email Addresses to be directed to the respective email management page, where you can:
Add new email addresses and verify them for security.
Set a default email address for account log-ins and communications.
Remove existing email addresses that are no longer in use. If you wish to manage phone numbers, select
Phone Numberson the same page. For guidelines related to modifying or deleting your account details, see the section below for policies and restrictions.

WarriorPlus has specific guidelines regarding account management, including modifying profile details, account deletion, and the rules for creating new accounts. This includes details regarding account restrictions and bans. WarriorPlus may implement temporary restrictions or permanent bans based on Terms of Service violations. For example, severe offenses, such as engaging in fraudulent activities or creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, may result in a permanent ban. Temporary restrictions are usually aimed at resolving pending operational issues, like unresolved customer support tickets, and can be lifted upon compliance with required actions.
Modifying Your Account
If you wish to start over on WarriorPlus, it is important to note that WarriorPlus does not allow complete account deletion. However, you can update your details to effectively manage your account without starting over. Here’s how:
Log into your WarriorPlus account.
Navigate to My Account > My Profile.
Update your username, email, or other personal information as needed. This approach provides a practical alternative for users who want to refresh their account data without the option to delete their account entirely.
Creating a New Account After a Previous Account Closure
Users whose accounts have been terminated due to serious violations of the Terms of Service (TOS) should note that WarriorPlus has a strict zero-tolerance policy on creating new accounts after closure due to administrative restrictions. If you attempt to create a new account under these circumstances, it will be swiftly removed. This policy ensures compliance and accountability among WarriorPlus users and upholds the platform’s community standards.
It is important to understand that once an account is permanently banned, this decision is final and non-reversible. To maintain fairness, WarriorPlus may extend compliance actions to include associated accounts of the banned user.

Changing Your Email Address When You Have Access to the Current Email
Log in to Your Account: Use your current email and password to sign in.
Navigate to Email Settings: Go to
My Account > Email Addresses.Add a New Email Address: Enter the new email address you wish to use and confirm it through the email verification process.
Set the New Email as Default: Once verified, choose the new email by ticking the box next to it to make it your primary account email.
Changing Your Email Address Without Access to the Current Email
Contact Support for Assistance: Submit a request to WarriorPlus support.
Provide Identity Verification: Be ready to send a photo of yourself holding a government-issued photo ID with sensitive information redacted. Support will confirm your identity and account ownership.
Set Your New Email Address: Once verified, support will update your email and set it as the default for account login and communications.
Changing the Email for Purchases When Locked Out of Your Account
Submit Purchase Verification: Provide proof of your purchase (e.g., a receipt or transaction statement) to WarriorPlus support.
Update Your Email: Support will update the purchase email, which will also update the login email for your account.
Verifying Associated Email Addresses
To view and manage linked email addresses:
Navigate to Email Settings: Visit
Account > Email Addressesfrom your account dashboard.Review Linked Emails: Check which emails are associated with your account and marked as default.
Make Changes: Add new emails, remove old ones, or update your default address.
