How to Update or Cancel Subscription or Multi-Payment Purchases

When you purchase a product with more than a single payment, such as a split-pay option or a subscription, you may need to cancel or pause the subscription. We’ll show you how to do this easily from your WarriorPlus account.

How Do I Find Subscription Purchases?

You can locate any purchases on a recurring payment plan, including subscription-based products, split-payment options, or other recurring purchase types. To do this, log in to your WarriorPlus account and navigate to your purchase history or click here to view directly.

Alternatively, you can also locate subscriptions through the product's Thank You page, where the delivery link is usually included.

In your purchase history, look for any recurring products by identifying the round white arrow on a red background:

How to Change My Subscription Information

To view or change your subscription details for a purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Purchase Details: Locate the subscription in your "Purchase History" under the "My Account" section and click on the product name to open the purchase details screen.

  2. Find Subscription Settings: On the purchase details screen, look for the link labeled "Manage Subscription" or the "Subscription Details" button.

  3. Take Desired Action: Once in the subscription management area, you can update the payment method, make changes to the subscription, or cancel it entirely.

After clicking the "Subscription Details" button, you will be taken to the subscription details screen. This screen shows the product name, payments made, the start date of payments, and the next payment date.

  • To change your payment method: Click the "Update Payment Method" button to select a different payment account for the subscription.

  • To pause payments temporarily: Click the "Pause Subscription" button and specify how long you need the subscription paused in the next window.

  • To cancel the payment plan entirely: Click the "Cancel Subscription" button. This will stop any future payments for this subscription.

Guidance for Unresponsive Vendors when requesting a cancelation

If the vendor is unresponsive, you can cancel the subscription directly through WarriorPlus without requiring vendor approval:

  1. Log in to your WarriorPlus account.

  2. Navigate to your purchases/subscriptions area under the "My Account" section.

  3. Identify the active subscription to cancel and use the displayed "Cancel" option to stop future payments.

Please note that this will only cancel future payments; it will NOT refund any payments made thus far.
