How to pay for products using your WarriorPlus Wallet Balance

When you have money waiting in your WarriorPlus Wallet, you will of course want to have access to it.  There are 2 ways to use your balance.  The first is to withdraw your balance into one of your Merchant Accounts.  You can find out more about withdrawing at this link.The second is to purchase products directly with it.

Using Available Balance to Purchase Products:

You can keep your money safely in the WarriorPlus system, so that you can use it to purchase products through the system. When you go to the Checkout Screen, if you have enough in your in your Available Balance, you can click on the "Pay With" dropdown and select the WarriorPlus Wallet option. It's crucial to differentiate between your Available Balance and Pending Funds. Only the Available Balance can be used for transactions, while Pending Funds remain inaccessible until cleared. Ensure your available balance is adequate before initiating any purchases.

This will take the price of the purchase directly from the Available Balance in your Wallet. Additionally, ensure that the vendor supports WarriorPlus Wallet as a payment method for subscriptions. Subscriptions require the full payment amount to come from the Available Balance, as partial payments are not supported.

Once you have made a purchase using your WarriorPlus Wallet balance, you are not able to withdraw that money, even if the purchase is refunded to you. If you do have money refunded to your Wallet, the refunded money will be used first for any future payments you make using your Wallet balance. If you experience issues using your Wallet due to scheduled maintenance periods, these interruptions are temporary and usually resolve promptly after maintenance. Alternative payment methods may be used during this time to complete transactions. For subscription-specific scenarios, if a subscription is canceled or refunded, the refunded amount will also return to your Wallet for future transactions. These funds are prioritized over other available balances when making payments.
