I Purchased a Product, but It’s Not Showing in My Account

Steps to Take If Your Purchase Isn’t in Your History

Most purchases on WarriorPlus are processed instantly and appear in your account right away. However, in rare cases, delays or discrepancies can occur, such as payment holds, mismatched emails, or automated reminder emails. Here’s how to identify these issues and resolve them.

1. Payment Was Sent, But Product Isn’t Showing

In some cases, your bank may hold or delay a transaction, especially when paying via card through PayPal, some banks may flag the transaction as a security risk, causing a temporary hold or suspended payment. In such cases, PayPal may generate a receipt while the vendor still does not receive the funds.

  • The vendor’s payment processor (e.g., PayPal or Stripe) is registered in a different country

  • Multiple purchases were made in a short period of time

  • The bank flags the transaction as unusual or high-risk

Even if you see a receipt from PayPal or Stripe, the vendor may not have received confirmation. If the transaction shows as “Pending” in your bank or PayPal activity, the vendor has not received the funds, and no product access will be granted.

What to do:

  • Check your payment status through your bank or PayPal

  • If it’s pending or held, contact your bank to verify or clear the transaction

  • Once cleared, you can retry the purchase

2. Purchase Made to the Wrong Email

At checkout, you’re asked to enter an email address where the product access should be delivered. If you’re logged in, this field fills in automatically. If you’re not logged in, it must be entered manually. Purchases are tied to your delivery email, which might differ from the purchase email used for payments. This distinction is important to ensure the correct account association.

Your purchase may not show in your WarriorPlus account if:

  • The email was mistyped at checkout

  • You no longer have access to the email used

What to do:

Contact WarriorPlus support with your purchase receipt or transaction ID. We’ll help update your email and make sure your product shows in your account.

Automated Reminder Emails

Sometimes, you might receive an email from WarriorPlus stating you haven't completed a purchase, even if you were charged or chose not to proceed. These notifications are automated and can occur for the following reasons:

  • Visiting a sales or checkout page without completing the purchase triggers these emails.

  • Even if the purchase is later completed, the reminders may still be sent based on the initial session. Solution: If you have completed the purchase or decided not to buy, you may safely ignore these reminder emails. They do not reflect your actual purchase or payment status. If you’re unsure which delivery email was used, you can add it to your existing WarriorPlus account to locate the missing purchase.

Once Resolved

You can access your purchase history anytime by clicking here. Once your payment is confirmed and the correct email is associated with your account, your purchase will appear there. Remember to check the status of charges with your bank or PayPal in case of payment holds, ensure that your WarriorPlus account reflects the correct delivery email, and disregard any automated reminders if you've already resolved your purchase concerns.
