If you did not receive your download information after making a purchase, don’t worry there are a few possible reasons for this, and all of them can be addressed. In this article, we’ll guide you through the common issues and solutions to ensure you get the product you purchased.
How to Locate and resolve missing emails.
Here are the steps to help you locate or resolve your missing email.
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder.
Purchase emails from WarriorPlus are sent from "WarriorPlus" and typically begin with “[RECEIPT]” in the subject line. Sometimes, these emails can be redirected to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders first before trying additional solutions.
Whitelist Our Email Address.
Some email providers may block emails from unfamiliar addresses. To ensure you receive emails from WarriorPlus, add deliverybot@warriorplus.com to your contacts or “whitelist” it with your email provider. This action allows future emails from WarriorPlus to go straight to your inbox.
Check for Pending Payment with PayPal.
Occasionally, PayPal may take longer to confirm your payment, especially if you used an eCheck, which can take up to a week to process. If your payment status is still pending, it may just be a matter of waiting a few minutes or days. Once confirmed, you should receive your download email.
Verify Your Purchase Was Through WarriorPlus.
To confirm your purchase went through WarriorPlus, review your PayPal receipt. WarriorPlus transactions typically have an “item_number” in this format: wso_xxxxxx_12345678 or sale.12345678. If your receipt does not include a similar identifier, your purchase may not have been completed through WarriorPlus.
Accessing the Download Button Through Your Purchase History
If you can’t find the email, you can still access your download directly through your WarriorPlus account. Follow these steps:
Log into WarriorPlus:
Use your account credentials to sign in.
Navigate to Purchase History:
From the main dashboard, click on "Purchase History" in the user menu.
Locate Your Receipt:
Find the specific transaction in your purchase history.
Access the Download Button:
Open the purchase receipt page for that transaction. The "Download" button should be clearly visible. Click it to access your product.
This method provides a quick and reliable way to retrieve your downloads without relying on email.
