We strive to make accessing your WarriorPlus account as easy as possible. However, there are times when you may experience difficulty logging in. There are usually two main reasons for this, and we’ll walk you through them here.
No Account
Many times, when users cannot log into their accounts, it is because a WarriorPlus account has not yet been created. When a purchase is made through vendors, you receive a link in your purchase receipt to access the product from your WarriorPlus purchase history. However, if you’ve been accessing your purchases directly (e.g., via a vendor’s email), you may not have created a WarriorPlus account yet.
One additional reason users face difficulties is when they have begun the registration process but did not complete verifying their account. This can prevent access to WarriorPlus even if the account creation was initiated.
To resolve this:
Check your inbox or spam folder for messages from warriorplus.com.
Ensure you have enough storage space in your inbox and whitelist the following WarriorPlus email addresses: verify@warriorplus.com and notify@warriorplus.com.
Confirm that your email provider has not blocked emails from WarriorPlus.
Once you locate the email, click the provided link. You should see a screen similar to the one shown below, prompting you to follow the steps to create a WarriorPlus username and password.
Important Notes:
Follow these three simple steps:
Create a unique WarriorPlus username.
Do not use the “link to existing account” option if you do not already have a WarriorPlus account.
If you see a message stating that the username already exists, it means another user has already selected that name. You’ll need to choose a different, unique username.
When you have created a WarriorPlus username and password, you will be able to access your account and view all your purchases in your purchase history.
Forgot Password
Another common reason for not being able to access your account is forgetting your password. To resolve this, visit https://warriorplus.com/user/password_reset and request a password reset. You can enter either your username or your email address, and an email will be sent to you with reset instructions.
Before proceeding to the password reset, confirm your username and email address associated with WarriorPlus. Matching this information accurately will streamline the reset process.
If you do not receive an email within about 4 hours (most emails are sent within minutes), you may need to whitelist verify@warriorplus.com and notify@warriorplus.com to ensure you receive the email. If you still haven’t received an email, verify that you have an account (as explained above).
Make sure to double-check both your username and email for accuracy, as mistakes here can prevent receiving reset emails or accessing your account.
