Welcome to WarriorPlus.
When checking the email addresses associated with your account (you can check them here), you may notice a message that reads “ESP Rejection List” next to your email address. Don’t worry—we can help you resolve this issue quickly.
What Does This Mean, and How Can I Fix It?
This message indicates that your Email Service Provider (ESP), such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc, has bounced or rejected a WarriorPlus verification email at some point.
Please Note: This is not the same as purchase receipts, which you may still receive.
There are several common reasons this could happen:
Your inbox is full.
You have previously marked a WarriorPlus email as spam.
Your spam filters are triggering a bounce.
To fix this, we recommend the following:
Ensure your inbox has sufficient space.
Whitelist WarriorPlus email addresses—particularly verify@warriorplus.com and notify@warriorplus.com.
Make sure your email provider whitelists these addresses as well.
For Gmail Users
We often find that users who claim they haven’t received WarriorPlus emails or 2FA codes (especially Gmail users) discover that the messages are in folders like Junk, Spam, Social, or Promotions.
Quick Tip: To whitelist WarriorPlus messages in Gmail, drag the email from its current folder into your primary inbox. This action will teach Gmail to prioritize similar emails in the future.
