How Do I Withdraw Available Earnings from My Wallet

As an affiliate, your most important question is likely, “How do I access the money I’ve earned from my promotions?” The answer is simple: You can withdraw those earnings from your WarriorPlus Wallet. This article will guide you through the specifics of how to do that.

Check Your Available Balance

All funds are held in your WarriorPlus Wallet after sales have been made. You can access your Wallet by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of the WarriorPlus Dashboard and selecting ‘My Wallet’.

In your Wallet, you will see your current Available Balance (labeled "Current Balance") and your Pending Balance (funds waiting to clear the delay period):

How to withdraw funds

When you are ready to withdraw the funds you have earned to your own merchant account, first click on the "Withdraw" button:

Clicking on that will open a small window displaying your withdrawal information. At the top, you'll see your Current Balance again. This is what the window will look like:

  • Enter the amount (less than or equal to your Available Balance) that you wish to withdraw.

  • Select the Merchant Account you wish to withdraw to.

When you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Withdraw Funds" button to send the withdrawal request.

Things to Keep in Mind

There are a few things to keep in mind when requesting a withdrawal to your Merchant Account:

  • You cannot withdraw more than you have in your Available Balance.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts do apply, based on the withdrawal method you choose to use, such as $15 for PayPal withdrawals, $100 for bank transfers, and $15 for other merchant accounts.

  • You must have had a minimum of 5 unique qualifying customers (not sales) in order to withdraw. A qualifying customer must have made a paid purchase—not a free offer—and cannot be associated with your account.

  • Ensure that your Wallet application is completed and submitted, including necessary tax forms, as withdrawals are enabled only after this process is finalized.

  • Commissions undergo a standard 30-day pending period after the sale before they can be withdrawn.

  • Alternative withdrawal methods are available for regions where PayPal, Payoneer, or Stripe are not supported. In these cases, bank transfers require a minimum balance of $100.

  • You can use your Available Wallet Balance to purchase a product. You can find out more about that at this link.

  • Important: If you're withdrawing to a bank account and the account name doesn’t match your WarriorPlus account name, you may be asked to provide additional verification.

This request initiates a withdrawal to be processed for you. The Commissions Department asks that you allow up to 3 business days to process all withdrawal requests. If you’d like to check the release dates and pending status of your funds, navigate to the Wallet Report in your WarriorPlus account. Hover over the information icon next to each commission to see its eligible release date. This feature provides clarity on when funds become available.

For more information on adding Merchant Accounts, please click here. It is also important to note that vendor sales funds are not stored in the WarriorPlus Wallet. These funds remain in your connected merchant accounts (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). To access vendor earnings, you must withdraw them directly from these accounts.
