Many users use email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Outlook. These providers can sometimes categorize our messages as spam, junk, promotion, or social, meaning they may not appear in your main inbox folder. As a result, the actual link to reset your password may be disabled due to such providers' security features.
If our messages are not appearing in your main inbox, please check the folders mentioned above and drag and drop our messages into your inbox. This will effectively whitelist our messages and enable any links within the email. Additionally, make sure your inbox isn't full and that you haven’t exceeded your email storage limit, as this can also block new messages from arriving.
The verification emails will come from verify@warriorplus.com. Additionally, ensure emails from notify@warriorplus.com are not being filtered out.
If you have checked all of your email folders and our messages are still not appearing, there may be a block or delay in place. You may need to contact your email provider’s support team to check for any blocks or delays, as our messages may sometimes be mistakenly categorized as spam. At this point, you may also want to contact our support desk for further assistance. Verify that there are no typos in your registered email address. If your email has a typo, you may need to register for a new WarriorPlus account with the correct address.
If you are locked out of your account, our staff may ask you to provide some form of identification, as your account’s security is our utmost priority.
