When adding your PayPal account as a Merchant Account through WarriorPlus, you may encounter an issue where the PayPal account does not appear in your active Merchant Accounts. No problem at all—we can fix it here.
My PayPal Account Is Not Being Confirmed
The most likely reason for this issue is a cache problem. If you have gone through the process of adding your PayPal account as a Merchant Account in WarriorPlus, and it is not showing in the list of Active Accounts, you will simply need to refresh the permissions.
Go to your WarriorPlus Merchant Accounts or click here to view it directly. Once on the page, click on the “Status” button and select “Inactive” (or “All”).
This will display the inactive Merchant Accounts you have available within WarriorPlus. You should see the PayPal account you just added listed as inactive. Click on the circular arrows to “refresh permissions,” which should resolve the issue and activate the account.
Please note: The previous step helps clear most issues with inactive accounts. If refreshing the permissions does not help, you will want to contact PayPal directly to ensure that your PayPal account is set up to take external payments.
