Simplicity is essential when running your business. At WarriorPlus, we have streamlined the product creation process and made it as easy as 1-2-3. In this article, we will discuss everything you need to know about creating your product. Let’s get started!
How do I create a product?
First, you will need to log into your WarriorPlus account. Once you have logged in, please select the “Vendor” drop and select the “Products” Tab. Additionally, if you wish to visit the page directly, please click here.
You will be redirected to your “My Products” dashboard. Here, you can create, manage, and view all your products. To create a new product, select the button labelled "New Product”. As shown below:
Once selected, you will be directed to the "Edit Product" page. There, you will find five tabs, each representing a section of product information you must supply to create a product. As shown below:
We will briefly discuss each section to help you better understand their purpose.
General Tab
Item | Information Type | Description |
1 | General | This section allows you to input details such as the product name, image, category, keywords, content type, and webinar settings. |
2 | Product Access | This section allows you to add a download file, access URL, and admin access information. |
3 | Licensing | This section allows Vendors to select the product license type. |
4 | Refund Policy | Here vendors can specify the refund period and provide custom terms and conditions if applicable. |
5 | Support Details | Vendors need to provide a support email or include a support URL (which overrides the email if provided), and enable or customize sale notifications for the product. |
6 | Disclosures | Vendors can set the Product Status, specify the Ownership type, and confirm Certification to verify legal rights to sell or distribute the product. |
Pricing and Payments
Item | Information Type | Description |
1 | Pricing | This section allows you to set the pricing details for your product, including sale type, regular and sale prices, sales limits, and optional variable pricing for dimesales or timesales. |
2 | Merchant Accounts | This section allows you to select the merchant accounts (PayPal or Stripe) you want to use for processing payments for your product. |
3 | Customer Fields | This section allows you to collect additional customer information, such as phone number, full address, or country, during the checkout process by toggling the respective options. |
4 | Cancel Recurring on Purchase | This section allows you to cancel future recurring payments for a product when the customer purchases an upgrade or a related product by selecting the product(s) to cancel. |
Affiliate

1 | Commission Rate | Select the default commission rate for affiliates approved to promote your product; choose "No Affiliate Program" if you do not want affiliates. |
2 | WarriorPlus Commission | Specify the commission amount you want to pay to WarriorPlus if higher. |
Integrations & Tracking

1 | Email / Webinar Integration | This section allows you to connect buyers to email or webinar services for subscriptions. |
2 | Membership Software Integration | This section allows you to integrate your membership software and automatically add purchasers to your membership site. |
3 | Custom Integration (advanced) | This section allows you to set custom integration options, such as providing a Notification URL for IPN/Webhook messages, a Key Generation URL for generating product-specific keys, and enabling IPN data to be sent to the delivery URL. |
4 | Coach.io Integration | This section enables you to integrate your Coach.io account and product ID, providing access to your coaching program when the product is purchased. |
5 | External Tracking / Pixels | This section allows you to connect tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or a custom image pixel to monitor and optimize visitor actions like sales page views, checkouts, and purchases. |

Please note: Products are not sold individually and must be added to an offer.
Once you have completed each section, click the save button at the bottom right of your screen. Your product will now be added to our database. Please note, adding a product does not mean it is ready for sale. You still need to create an ‘Offer.’ For more information on creating an ‘Offer’, please click here.
Understanding the WarriorPlus Product Review and Approval Process
Why Your Product May Not Be Reviewed or Approved
If your product hasn’t been reviewed or approved yet, the most common reason is that you have created a product but have not completed the steps required to submit it for review. On WarriorPlus, a product alone is insufficient for review; you must create and configure an Offer, attach your product to it, and submit the completed setup for review. Without this, your product will not enter the review queue, even if it appears to be created.
Steps to Ensure Your Product is Submitted for Review
Create an Offer: Begin by creating an offer on WarriorPlus. Think of the offer as the container or framework that houses your product.
Attach Your Product: Attach the product you created to your offer. This links them together for review purposes.

Submit the Offer: Once everything is configured, ensure you submit your offer for review. Only when the offer is submitted will it enter the WarriorPlus review queue.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Missing Offers: Simply creating a product is not enough. Always ensure it is part of a submitted offer.
Final Review Workflow
Once you’ve submitted your offer, WarriorPlus reviewers will assess the configuration of both the offer and the associated product. If everything is set up correctly, your offer and product will proceed through the review and approval process. You’ll receive feedback or approval notification based on their findings. By carefully following these steps and avoiding common pitfalls, you can expedite the review and approval of your WarriorPlus products.
