How do I integrate 3rd party email and webinar applications to my WarriorPlus account?

In this article, we'll explain how to select the application you wish to integrate and its location within WarriorPlus. Additionally, we'll show you where to find both triggers. We have simplified the process so you can focus on what you do best, creating great campaigns! Let's get started!

How do I add 3rd party applications to my WarriorPlus account?

Once you've logged into your WarriorPlus account, navigate to your username in the top right corner and select it. Then, click on the 'My Account' button. You will be directed to our Account page, which you can also view directly by clicking here.

On your 'Account' page, navigate to the 'Vendor/Affiliate' section and select the option labeled 'Integrations', as shown below. Alternatively, if you wish to visit the 'Service Integration' page, please click here.

Once selected, you will be directed to your ‘Service Integrations’ page. Please navigate to the top right of your screen and locate the green button labeled ‘New Service’.

Once selected, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose the application you wish to integrate with WarriorPlus.

Select the application you would like to integrate and follow the provided steps. Alternatively, you can find the help desk article related to the application by searching for the relevant keyword.

WarriorPlus Campaign Triggers

WarriorPlus functions as a triggered app, performing actions based on one of two available triggers. A trigger is a defined action that initiates a response.

For example, a new affiliate request could activate various functions through Zapier like Trello or Dropbox, or even a combination. You could automate the sharing of information across different applications you use, such as Evernote or Trello. This way, you can link multiple apps to create automated workflows. At WarriorPlus we offer you two triggers:

  • New Affiliate Request

  • New Sale

New Affiliate Request

Triggers can be set within WarriorPlus for a 'new affiliate request' on one of your offers. This allows you to connect your email service and enable affiliates to subscribe for updates about the offer. To do this, you must select your preferred application in the Offer Editor.

Navigate to the 'My Offers' page and select the Offer for which you wish to add a trigger. You can visit the 'My Offers' page by clicking here. Once on the page, please click on the gray 'Settings' button, as shown below:

Click on the 'Affiliate Program’ tab, to be taken directly to the 'Affiliate Program' section and activate it as shown below:

Next, click the green button labeled 'New Connection', and a modal will appear. From the service dropdown, select your preferred option or add in a new ‘Service’ as shown below:

Select an application and you will be directed to a page where you will be prompted to enter the necessary information for integration. Please complete the form and you're all set!

Note: This is for the Affiliate updates list, in order to update your affiliates of updates to your offer. It will only add affiliate emails at the time of affiliate request, and will not add the email address of affiliates already approved before adding the email list.

New Sale

The second trigger we offer allows you to subscribe buyers to one or more email or webinar services automatically, upon a successful sale. To set this up, you must select the ‘New Connection’ in the 'Product Editor' page.

Navigate to the 'My Products' page and select the product for which you wish to add a trigger. You can access the 'My Products' page by clicking here. Once there, select the product you wish to edit.

On the 'Edit Product' page, locate the 'Integrations & Tracking' section. Click the green 'New Connection' button. A modal will appear and from the service dropdown, select your preferred option or add in a new ‘Service’ as shown below:

Once you select a service, either an existing integration you added or by selecting a new service, it will add it to purchases for that product.
