How do I contact support?

At WarriorPlus, we understand that your business never stops, which is why our support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Before we proceed, please note the following:

  • ​WarriorPlus is not the vendor and cannot provide refunds, support, or answer questions about specific products.

  • To obtain a refund, please open a support ticket with the vendor from whom you purchased the product or Click Here.

  • If you have identified a bug or a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately.

How do I contact support?

At the bottom right of each page, you will notice a red circle with a smiling conversation bubble. Please select it.

Once you have selected the icon, the following modal will appear:

Within this modal, you can search our Help Center for related articles, connect with our Facebook community, or start a conversation with us directly. To start a conversation, simply select the 'Send us a message' option and tell us what issue you are facing.

Please note that we typically respond within two hours and will always resolve any issues you are facing.
