Viewing and Managing Joint Venture Transactions

For vendors engaged in Joint Venture (JV) partnerships, tracking transaction details and earnings is essential for managing shared revenue. This guide will walk you through accessing your JV transaction information on WarriorPlus, allowing you to effectively review and manage these details.

Guide to Access JV Transaction Information

Step 1: Log into Your WarriorPlus Account

  • Visit WarriorPlus and enter your credentials to log in.

Step 2: Access the JV Dashboard

  • From your dashboard, click on "Vendors" in the main navigation bar.

  • Select "JV Center" from the dropdown menu to enter the Joint Venture section.

Step 3: Locate the JV Transaction

  • On the JVs page, find the specific JV transaction or partner you want to view.

  • Click on the Contract Stats button.

  • Click on "Transactions" to access detailed transaction information.

Step 4: Filter and View Specific Transaction Details

Use the available filters to refine your search and view specific transactions:

  • Date Range: Set a custom range to view transactions from specific dates.

  • Product Names: Select the product(s) associated with the JV.

  • Transaction Types: Choose from options like sale, refund, chargeback, or fee adjustments to view specific transaction categories.

After selecting your filters, click "Apply" to update the transaction view.

Step 5: Review Earnings and Fees

  • In the transaction view, check the breakdown of earnings, fees, and commissions according to your JV agreement.

  • Make a note of any items that may need further review for accuracy.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure Accuracy: Double-check all transaction details against your records to confirm accuracy.

  • Keep Records: Store copies of downloaded transaction data in a secure location for your records.

  • Regular Review: Periodically review JV transaction details to stay updated on revenue shares and earnings.

  • Customer Information: Customer information such as names is only available if the initiating vendor has allowed the JV to view it.
