In these instances, we are legally required to verify the identity of the person receiving funds. This helps ensure compliance with financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) laws.

Verifying your identity protects both you and WarriorPlus by confirming we know exactly who we're paying—while keeping the platform secure and compliant for everyone.

How to Complete Your Identity Verification with ComplyCube

When certain thresholds are reached, you will receive an email and/or notification from WarriorPlus with a link to begin the identity verification process through ComplyCube.

  1. Provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card. Make sure the document is valid and clearly visible.

  2. Follow the instructions to capture and upload images of your ID. ComplyCube may also request a live photo or video for real-time verification to confirm that the person presenting the ID matches the owner.

  3. Once your documents have been submitted and verified by ComplyCube, you will receive confirmation of your verified status. WarriorPlus will also be notified, and your application will move forward to the next steps.

  • Ensure the document is clear and within the file size limit.

  • Use an ID that is clean, with no smudging.

  • Avoid any background (e.g., no photos of the ID taken on a table or your knee).

  • The image should focus only on the ID, corner to corner, with no background.

  • Avoid using flash or reflections.

  • If you encounter issues, try a different browser or device, or clear your browser cache and retry.

  • Use software like Microsoft Snip or Photoshop to remove the background, if necessary. Upload images in JPG or PNG format only (no PDFs).
