How do I complete the Affiliate Application?
Once you have logged into your WarriorPlus account, navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click on your username. Then, please select the 'My Account' option
You will be directed to your ‘Account’ dashboard. Under the table labeled, ‘My account’, please select the ‘Account Application’ option.
You will be directed to the ‘Account Application’ page, where you can complete the ‘Affiliate Application’ and the ‘W-9’ form. To complete either form, please click on the button labeled ‘Start Now’, or click here to complete the form directly.

You'll need to fill out the application form with your full name, address, city, state/region, country, postal code, timezone, and cell number.

Please list the last three products you have promoted so that we might better understand your experience.Sales Volume and Earnings:
Please provide information on your previous earnings as an affiliate on other platforms.

To ensure the security of our platform and its users, and to comply with international banking regulations, we require identity verification from those who earn commissions on our platform. This process is conducted through a secure third-party verification service, ComplyCube.
Profile Setup Information:
It is recommended to link at least one of your active social media accounts and provide relevant business details. These additions can strengthen your application profile.

Q: How long does the application process take?
A: The review process typically takes 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will contact you as soon as a decision is made.
Q: Is there an application fee? Is it refundable?
A: There is currently a $5.00 application fee that covers the cost of processing your application. The fee is non-refundable.
Q: Can I apply if I'm new to affiliate marketing?
A: Yes, new affiliates are welcome to apply. We are interested in your potential as much as your experience.
Q: Can I still request to promote products while my application is pending approval?
A: Yes, but there are restrictions until you complete the application.
Q: What if I don’t have a website to include in the application?
A: The "Website" field in the application form is optional, and you can leave it blank if you do not own a website.
I am already an affiliate, do I have to fill out the application?
A: Yes, all Affiliates are required to complete the Affiliate Application.
