How to Deal with Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, follow these steps to determine if WarriorPlus can assist you in resolving your issue.
Contact the Infringing Party: Before anything else, the best first step is to reach out to the person/party you believe has used your content without permission. Often, misunderstandings can be cleared up quickly through direct communication, and the issue can be resolved without further action.
If reaching out doesn’t resolve the issue, or if you’re unable to contact the person involved, proceed to step 2.
Check if Your Claim Falls Under WarriorPlus Jurisdiction: Not all copyright claims can be addressed by WarriorPlus, so it’s important to see if your situation applies. You can submit a claim to WarriorPlus in the following situations:
Your original product is being sold or delivered through WarriorPlus without your permission.
Your web pages are being linked to or from WarriorPlus without authorization.
Your copyrighted content is hosted or downloadable on WarriorPlus without your consent.
Another user has significantly violated your copyright within sales materials, product names, or content that’s hosted on or linked through WarriorPlus.
There may be additional circumstances beyond these examples. However, if the content in question is not hosted or linked via WarriorPlus, your claim might not fall under WarriorPlus's scope.
For content linked to via WarriorPlus, we also recommend submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice to the hosting platform or service provider where the content resides (e.g., web hosting, ISP, email provider, etc.).

Submitting a Support Ticket If You Believe Your Claim is Valid: If you believe your case meets the criteria mentioned above, follow these steps to submit your copyright claim:

Provide a detailed explanation of the situation and mention any steps you’ve already taken to resolve the issue.
Attach a formal DMCA Takedown Notice using the file attachment feature.

Are There Other Solutions?
In some cases, the issue may be a personal dispute that requires legal action between the involved parties. Since we are not legal professionals, we cannot offer legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting an attorney to discuss your options if you are considering pursuing legal action. We also encourage vendors to communicate, as there are instances where similar product names may clash. There are only so many times you can use words like “Traffic” or “Cash” without some overlap. However, we advocate a common-sense approach and mutual cooperation between vendors.
