When you have money waiting in your WarriorPlus Wallet, you will of course want to have access to it. There are 2 ways to use your balance. The first is to withdraw your balance into one of your Merchant Accounts. The second is to purchase products directly with it.
Withdrawing the Available Balance from my Wallet:
When you have an balance available in your WarriorPlus Wallet, you can withdraw it to one of your merchant accounts. (Note, you can not withdraw funds that are still pending.) To withdraw your available funds, you will want to click on the "Withdraw Funds" button. That will take you to a screen that you can enter the amount to withdraw, and what merchant account to withdraw it to.
In order to make a withdrawal, there are certain requirements that must be met, such as:
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 to withdraw to your PayPal or Stripe account, and $100 to withdraw to your Bank or Payoneer account. You cannot withdraw funds from your wallet if your available balance is less than this amount.
You must have sales from at least 5 different/unique buyers on our platform before you are eligible to withdraw funds for the first time.
You can withdraw once a week
*Please allow 24-48 hours for your withdrawal request to be completed.
Using Available Balance to Purchase Products:
You can keep your money safely in the WarriorPlus system, so that you can use it to purchase products through the system. When you go to the Checkout Screen, if you have enough in your in your Available Balance, you can click on the "Pay With" dropdown and select the WarriorPlus Wallet option.
The will take the price of the purchase directly from the Available Balance in your Wallet.
Once you have made a purchase using your WarriorPlus Wallet balance, you are not able to withdraw that money, even if the purchase is refunded to you. If you do have money refunded to your Wallet, the refunded money will be used first for any future payments you make using your Wallet balance.
