As a vendor, you may occasionally need to adjust an affiliate’s status for a product. This article explains the steps to change an affiliate’s status from "Active" to "Denied," thereby revoking their permission to promote the product.

How to Change an Affiliate's Status from 'Active' to 'Denied'
Follow these steps to deny an affiliate’s permission to promote your product:
Access your WarriorPlus account and click on "Vendors" in the top menu. Then, select "Affiliates" from the dropdown menu, or click here to view your ‘My Affiliates' page directly.
Navigate to the "Current Affiliates" tab to view a list of all active affiliates.
Locate the affiliate whose status you want to change and click the [+] icon next to their name to expand their details.
Click the Edit (pencil icon) next to the specific product for which you want to update the affiliate’s status.
Change Status to Denied: In the window that appears, set their status to "Denied" and click "Save." This action will revoke the affiliate’s permission to promote the product.
Please Note: When you deny an affiliate, they will no longer be able to send traffic to your offer. Additionally, ensure that you are denying an affiliate for a valid reason when restricting their ability to promote your product. Lastly, the affiliate will be notified of your decision.
