A Guide to Scheduling Launch Dates for Smooth Product Releases

Scheduling an effective launch date is crucial for reaching your audience and maximizing your offer’s impact. This guide explains how to set a launch date for your offer on WarriorPlus and how to request a change if necessary. Proper launch planning can enhance visibility and sales while avoiding potential conflicts.

Guide to Setting and Managing Launch Dates

Step 1: Log into Your WarriorPlus Vendor Account

  • Visit WarriorPlus and sign in with your vendor credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Offer

  • Go to the Offers Section: From the "Vendors" tab on your dashboard, select Offers.

  • Locate Your Offer: Find the offer you wish to set or adjust the launch date for.

Step 3: Set the Launch Date

  • Access Offer Settings: Click on the offer title to open the Offer Settings page.

Next, enter the launch date details in the Launch Date section. As shown below:

  • Set the preferred date and time for the launch.

  • Choose a time that aligns with your audience’s peak activity (note that the time is in system time, which is US Central).

  • Double-check your time zone to avoid scheduling errors.

  • Optional: You can also enter the date you wish your offer to end. Sales will not be taken after this date.

Finally, Save Your Settings: Click "Save" to finalize your launch date.

Step 4: Confirm the Launch Date

After saving, review the launch date on the Offer Settings page. Verify that:

  • All elements (sales page, payment options, and promo materials) are ready to go live by the chosen date.

Step 5: Notify Affiliates (Optional)

  • If you have affiliates, inform them of the launch date and provide any promotional materials. Consider sending reminders as the date approaches to ensure everyone is prepared.

How to Request a Launch Date Change

If a situation arises that requires a new launch date, follow these steps to request a change.

Step 1: Review and Confirm Your New Date

Select a new date and time that aligns with your strategy, affiliate availability, and promotional needs.

Step 2: Submit a Date Change Request

  1. Open a Support Ticket: Go to the Help section on the WarriorPlus dashboard.

  2. Enter Request Details:

    • Select "Contact Support" and create a new ticket with the subject line: "Launch Date Change Request for [Offer Name]."

    • Include the following in your message:

      • Offer name and ID (if available)

      • Original and requested new launch dates and times

      • Reason for the change request (e.g., testing or scheduling adjustments)

  3. Submit the Request: Send your ticket to WarriorPlus Support.

Step 3: Await Confirmation

WarriorPlus Support will review and confirm the date change or contact you if additional details are needed.

Step 4: Notify Affiliates

After the new date is confirmed, promptly inform your affiliates and update promotional materials to reflect the revised date.

Additional Tips:

  • Planning Ahead: Schedule launch dates well in advance, ideally avoiding holidays or high-traffic periods unless it supports your campaign strategy.

  • Clear Communication: Keep affiliates updated about any date changes to maintain coordinated promotional efforts.
