There are certain situations where an affiliate may apply to promote an ‘Offer’ and be approved, but the link is either not showing or displays a message stating “Link is Invalid” when tested. While rare, there is no need to panic.
Why is My Affiliate Link Not Working Correctly?
In most cases, this happens because the vendor has not yet launched the offer. In other words, the offer is not live and making sales. Each offer has a specific "Start Date", and your Affiliate link will become active when the start date arrives. Please check the vendor's "Affiliate Request" page for that information and more.
In other rare cases, if you see “Invalid Link,” it could mean that the affiliate’s account has been removed or closed. Additionally, the vendor may have revoked the affiliate’s approval for unknown reasons. If you feel none of these are relevant to your situation, please contact our support desk, and we will provide you with a new working link or guide you on who to contact. Both these scenarios should be a rare occurrence.
