Yes, but there are restrictions as listed below...
There are 2 important questions that need to be answered before you can understand our policies on these types of products:
Are you the original creator and/or sole owner of the product you want to sell?
Do you want the product listed in our PUBLIC marketplace (ie it can be found in our listings or via search)?
I AM the original creator and/or sole owner of the product:
In the case of original products you have created or own, there are no restrictions on the rights (PLR/MRR/RR) you may offer to your buyers. These original products may both be sold using our platform, and listed in our public marketplace.
I AM NOT the original creator or sole owner of the product:
This means you have purchased a product from another vendor with some kind of resell rights (PLR/MRR/RR). This is NOT your own product.
In this case, you CAN use the platform to sell these products, but you CANNOT list them in the PUBLIC marketplace.
This means you can use the tools we offer to collect payments, create funnels, allow and manage affiliates, etc... but any traffic to your offer or affiliate program will have to come from you and not from being found within our marketplace.
What About Bonuses, Upsells, Downsells, OTOs, etc...?
At this time, we only require the main 'front-end' product to be original in order to be sold on the PUBLIC marketplace. Therefore, you may include products you have purchased rights (PLR/MRR/RR) to in your public offer(s), as long as the main product meets our "originality" requirements as given above.
Why can't I use the PUBLIC Marketplace to resell products I have purchased rights (PLR/MRR/RR) to?
Our goal is to keep the public marketplace filled with unique and original products, and NOT duplicate and/or generic offers. Duplicate products lead to buyer and/or affiliate confusion, as well as making it harder for original products to be seen.
Are there Any Exceptions?
On a case-by-case basis, we may, at our discretion, allow a vendor to sell a product which they have purchased with PLR (but never MRR or RR). This would only occur if the vendor had significantly changed the product to the point that it would be considered an original product. If you feel this applies to your product, please share that info as part of the product approval and review process.
