Filing PayPal disputes improperly could get you *banned* from future purchases through our system.

We really want to help, but a dispute is NOT the correct way to get support or a refund. Disputes hurt everyone, and they are difficult to respond to due to limitations in Paypal's system.

TO GET HELP with a transaction (including refund requests), please contact the original vendor first, even if you purchased through an affiliate.

Be sure to include:

  1. Your item number (ie wso_a1b2c3_456789) and 

2. Your Paypal email address so the vendor can easily locate your purchase and provide you with the service you need the first time. You can also include your Transaction ID.

Please allow sufficient time for the vendor to get back to you. We recommend 24-48 hours.

If, AFTER CONTACTING THE VENDOR, you feel that you need more assistance, you can send us a message using the message button in the bottom right hand corner of this page. While we have no means to communicate with the vendor other than those available to you (i.e. emails or the forums), we may be able to help you with where to go next.

We make every effort to respond to all help desk inquiries within 24 hours, and usually much quicker. Regardless of the time it takes, we WILL get your issue(s) resolved.
